Bob Parsons has wide experience in the construction of highway bridges and rapid transit facilities. He is currently working with Collings Johnston Inc. as TransLink’s Construction Manager for the $800M Golden Ears Crossing P3 Project. This project involves oversite of a new multi span cable stay bridge, with a new network of road and bridge works on both sides of the Fraser River. He has undertaken senior structural and contract management roles on such major projects as Seattle’s Link Light Rail, Puerto Rico Tren Urbano Rapid Transit Project and many highway and interchange projects in the Lower Mainland.
