Richard Ciceri has extensive experience in infrastructure management experience. He has recently prepared operations, maintenance and rehabilitation plans for the Quebec A-30 PPP project. He has planned, supervised and managed projects involving the development and implementation of management processes (manual and computerized) for roads, vehicles, mobile equipment, ferries, utilities, buildings, airports and parks. His work has included the development of policies, standards, procedures, work plans, reports and management controls. He has also carried out a considerable number of organizational and operational reviews. He has undertaken assignments for all levels of government in Canada (federal, provincial and municipal) as well as for State and municipal governments in the United States of America and other federal governments overseas,
