CJI assisted TransLink with the development of a 10 kilometre, elevated rapid transit line for SkyTrain technology between Coquitlam and Lougheed Town Centres. Services involved the integration of the Extension into the urban form of Burnaby, Coquitlam and Port Moody and required liaison with the development plans of these of these municipalities together with commercial and residential landowners. This extension is currently being implemented as the Evergreen Line.
