CJI were retained as Independent Engineer on the $700 M F M Highway, Public Private Partnership Project in New Brunswick.  This 200 km project was the largest highway construction project ever undertaken in the Province.  It involved many bridges and structures, interchanges and toll plazas.  Specific services provided to CJI included development, documentation, procurement, quality management and services in Operations, Maintenance and Rehabilitation
