Provided project management and technical advisory services on the WSW Transportation Implementation Project.  This Project involved a development, procurement and implementation phase.  During the development phase, CJI helped develop the planning for the City’s 13 planned transportation infrastructure projects in the area, which include a bus rapid transit facility and crossing of the south Saskatchewan River.  Of paramount importance was identifying City concerns while also addressing the needs of the Design-Build project.   2005 – Ongoing
