CJI was retained by the BC Ministry of Transportation to prepare a new set of performance-based highway maintenance specifications for the Province. This replaced the existing standards, and are now incorporated into all future road and bridge maintenance contacts. Input was received from maintenance stakeholders including the District Highways’ Managers, the B.C. Roadbuilders' Association and the Maintenance Contractors.
