CJI undertook Lender’s Technical Advisory services for ABN AMRO Bank who were financing a proponent on this $600 M Public Private Partnership Project. This section makes up the Northeast quadrant of Calgary’s Outer Ring Road. CJI provided Operations, Maintenance and Rehabilitation expertise including long-term risk analysis for the project proponent team. CJI undertook an assessment of the proponent’s OMR plan and the OMR response to the request for proposal.
