Sea to Sky Highway

As Technical Consultant to the BC Ministry of Transportation for the development of the Sea-to-Sky Highway Improvement Project, CJI undertook an international review of context sensitive solutions on constrained, multi-laned roads in scenic, mountainous terrain. CJI wrote design guidelines for the 104km upgrading of the corridor and undertook due-diligence reviews of the safety and constructability for the design-build contract.
