CJI received the Consulting Engineers of British Columbia's 2006 Annual Award of Excellence for coordinating all technical aspects of this project, including scope, context sensitive design of roads and bridges, environmental permitting, and accommodation of transit users, cyclists and pedestrians on a future speed-managed toll road, currently under construction.
Collings Johnston is the technical manager for the development, procurement and implementation phases of this $700 million Design-Build-Finance-Operate project.
